CairnGorm Ski Area (Aviemore). If you time it right, Cairngorm and the nearby town of Aviemore offer great ski conditions
and even powder days, situated on the fifth highest mountain in Britain. A relatively new funicular railway should help the
mountain stay open during times of high winds.
Landmark Centre (Carrbridge). Spend the day rock climbing, going on flume rides and even sky diving. Meet red squirrels on
the tree top trail, see the tallest timber tower in the country, and be sure to check out "Adventureland."
Carrbridge Golf Course (Carrbridge). Visitors are always welcome at this year-round Scottish Nine Hole Open. One of the most
scenic courses in Scotland, it offers spectacular views of the Cairngorms and Cromdale Hills, along with abundant fauna including
deer, hare, and red squirrel.
Edinburgh Zoo (Edinburgh) See over 1,000 rare and endangered animals and enjoy educational events and activities, hands-on
