Unless otherwise indicated, you will receive a 100% refund when you cancel up to 3 calendar days (CST) before your arrival date. And, in the unfortunate event you cannot go on your trip, call us during normal business hours Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 10:30 PM ET, Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET, Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET, Sunday: Closed and we will do our best to help you transfer your booking to a friend or family member – subject to the resort's approval - at no additional cost.
