How many resorts are there to choose from?
There are thousands of resort condos to choose from in the U.S., Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico and beyond.*
What makes Endless Vacation Rentals accommodations different from a hotel?
Whether traveling with family or friends, Endless Vacation Rentals offers spacious accommodations that give you the room to relax, spread out and still have everyone together. Enjoy the comforts of home, which may include a kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple bedrooms and the amenities of a luxury resort, such as a spa or workout facility.
Are there any handicapped-accessible accommodations?
Many of the properties offer handicapped-accessible accommodations. But because needs vary greatly, and each property is different, it is best to contact one of our Vacation Guides before booking at 1-877-STAY-EVR.
Are pets allowed?
No, for the most part, pets are not allowed on property. However, a select few properties do allow pets for an additional fee. Please contact the resort to check on their pet policy before bringing any pets with you.
Planning and Reservations Process
Do I have to stay for a full week?
Not any more! We recently added inventory of 1-6 night stays for a number of resorts, based on availability. The only difference is that some resorts require a mandatory housekeeping fee when staying less than 7 nights (This information can be found on the resort detail page under "Resort News"). We will continue to offer 7 night stays for which, as long as you notify the resort in advance, you are usually free to check in or check out at any time during the seven-day period. Keep in mind, however, that you will still be paying for the full week if you check out early.
Finding less than 7 night stays is easy! Simply go about a regular search and if there is short stay availability it will show up within the availability table. If you need help finding a resort or availability, our knowledgeable Vacation Guides are ready to help - simply call them (during normal business hours) at: 1-877-STAY-EVR.
Most of the accommodations are booked in seven-day increments, and you are free to check out at any time during the seven-day period; however, keep in
mind that you will still be paying for the full week.
Do I have to book from weekend to weekend, or can I choose a mid-week day to begin my vacation?
Vacations at most resorts are booked with Friday, Saturday or Sunday start dates.
When can I get the best availability?
Resorts are in highest demand during school calendar vacation dates. So if you are flexible with your check-in dates, you may be able to book some great off-peak deals.
Is the price shown per person or per unit?
All prices are shown per unit, which means it is the same price for one person up to and including the maximum occupancy of that accommodation. Other charges may apply.
Do I have to register to book a trip?
No, you do not have to register to book a trip. Simply book your reservation, and, if you need to access your booking at a later time or reference it when speaking to the call center, all you'll need is your confirmation number. It is imperative that you provide an accurate email address when creating a new booking as that is where we send confirmation. In addition, it is also recommended that you provide an accurate phone number in case we need to contact you with regard to your reservation.
Payment Process
Can I just make a deposit or must I pre-pay for the entire trip?
All vacations must be pre-paid.
Will taxes or other fees be charged to my account at the resort?
Taxes are included in the final price, unless otherwise indicated. Additional fees for housekeeping and other amenities vary by resort and will be assessed upon check-in. If the property you want to book does require a deposit, it will be mentioned within the property description and your confirmation email. Additionally, you may call our Vacation Guides (during normal business hours) for more information on your specific rental property: 1-877-STAY-EVR.
What are my payment options?
We accept credit cards from most countries, however, prices are always charged in U.S. Dollars.

How do I check on a reservation?
To check on a reservation you may either call us at: 1-877-STAY-EVR or use our online tool to locate your booking simply by entering your confirmation number. You can do so by clicking on the "Need Assistance" tab, then click on "View/Change an Existing Reservation" and fill in your First and Last name as well as confirmation number.
How do I receive confirmation?
You will receive confirmation via email. Please add: endlessvacationrentals@evrentals.com to your email safe list to safeguard your confirmation email from being marked as spam. Also make sure that you enter the correct email address when booking your accommodations. Please print the confirmation and bring it with you. If for some reason you do not receive your confirmation, please call us at: 1-877-STAY-EVR.
How do I cancel a reservation?
You may cancel your reservation by calling us at: 1-877-782-9387, during normal business hours or by using our online tool. You can do so by clicking on the "Need Assistance" tab, then click on "View/Change an Existing Reservation" and fill in your First and Last name as well as confirmation number.
Is there a cancellation fee? What's the refund policy?
For all properties our cancellation policy is as follows:
- If a reservation is cancelled three or more calendar days (CST) prior to the check-in date, we will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the total rental amount.
- If a reservation is cancelled 2 or less calendar days (CST) prior to the check-in date, no refund will be made for any part of the rental amount.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or early check-outs. The property is not authorized to make any exceptions.

Wyndham Rewards®
Wyndham Rewards® promotion ended Tuesday, March 22, 2011
What does this mean? You can continue to earn or redeem Wyndham Rewards® points through midnight CT, March 22, 2011. Even though EVR will no longer be offering the promotion after March 22, 2011, your Wyndham Rewards® membership is still active. This means you can continue to earn and redeem points from a variety of program participants at WyndhamRewards.com.
What happens to the vacation I booked before the promotion ended?
All reward points for reservations made on or before March 22, 2011 will be honored. Just as during the promotion, points will be awarded 4-6 weeks after travel has been completed.
Can I still use my accrued Wyndham Rewards® points?
Yes, you may continue to redeem your Wyndham Rewards® points through WyndhamRewards.com. EVR will no longer be a redemption option, however there are lots of other vacation options available.
Can I still earn points through EVRentals.com?
Once the Wyndham Rewards® points promotion ends you will no longer be able to earn points through EVRentals.com, however, your Wyndham Rewards® membership is still valid and you can continue to earn points through participating hotels in Wyndham Rewards.
